KuCoin Launches KCUSD, A Yield-Bearing USD Asset Offering Up to 6% APR

KuCoin introduced KCUSD, a new yield-bearing USD asset allowing users to earn up to 6% APR on stablecoins like USDT, USDC, or USDG, with a 1:1 subscription ratio and no fixed lockup period. KCUSD can be used within the KuCoin ecosystem, including the Unified Trading Account (UTA), where eligible VIP users can use it as trading collateral while still earning base yield. This feature allows capital to potentially serve both as earning asset and trading margin simultaneously.
