Chrome adds AI-powered autofill that pulls data from Gmail to fill online forms

Chrome will use AI to suggest and fill online form fields with data pulled from users' Gmail, including flight confirmation numbers, tracking information, order numbers, addresses, phone numbers, and credit card numbers. The update expands Google's Personal Intelligence features, allowing users to connect Google Apps to the Gemini AI assistant. Enhanced autofill can be toggled on or off in Chrome settings, and Google states that sensitive data is encrypted.
