NBA signs CFTC prediction market integrity agreement with Kalshi and Polymarket

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Basketball Association (NBA) have agreed to establish standards to protect the integrity of the game from prediction market interference. The NBA becomes the third major U.S. sports league to sign such a pact, following the NFL and MLB, and will work with Kalshi and Polymarket to implement the framework.
