National Standard "Guidelines for Evaluation of Effectiveness of Enterprise Risk Management" Released

China's State Administration for Market Regulation has approved and released the national standard "Guidelines for Evaluation of Effectiveness of Enterprise Risk Management." It evaluates enterprise risk management across five dimensions—historical performance, system soundness, risk exposure, risk resistance capability, and subjective perception—with results rated effective, basically effective, or ineffective. Applicable to all enterprises, it aims to provide a unified benchmark for improving corporate risk management.
