Strive acquires $511 million of bitcoin, closing in on Metaplanet's treasury

Strive has purchased approximately $511 million worth of bitcoin, bringing its holdings within 1,000 BTC of Metaplanet, the second-largest corporate treasury holder. The company also announced a new $1 billion preferred stock offering program.
