GitHub Copilot adds ability to continue app sessions directly in VS Code

GitHub Copilot introduces a new feature allowing users to open an existing Copilot app session directly within Visual Studio Code. This enables a workflow where the AI agent completes bulk changes, after which users can review the diff line-by-line in the editor, continue the conversation, make manual adjustments, and run the project locally for testing before pushing updates to the associated pull request. The feature preserves the session's task, plan, and conversation context when transitioning from the web app to the editor.
