Hugging Face Announces SimReady Central Library with 2,000 OpenUSD Assets for Robotics and AI Simulations

Hugging Face has launched SimReady Central Library, a free repository of over 2,000 OpenUSD assets pre-equipped with simulation properties such as collision geometry, mass, and friction. The library covers robot arms, grippers, warehouse equipment, racks, and cooling infrastructure, allowing developers to filter and combine assets by profile. Equipment manufacturers can contribute validated assets, enabling faster scenario testing and decision-making for AI factory digital twins and robotics training environments.
