Sui Announces Samsung Wallet Integration, Google Cloud AI Project, and 40.6 Million TPS Speed Record

During its Basecamp conference in Singapore, Sui announced three major developments: Samsung Wallet is integrating USDC transfers over Sui on 82 million US Galaxy devices, enabling gasless transfers without prior SUI purchase; Mysten Labs and Google Cloud are developing Verifiable Agent Arbiter to cryptographically prove AI agents followed instructions, keeping activity records private; and Sui demonstrated 40.6 million transactions per second in a live stress test using programmable offchain tunnels. Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder of Mysten Labs, said the goal is to make money movement free and as easy as sending an email. Evan Cheng, CEO of Mysten Labs, said systems are needed to ensure AI agents making financial and legal decisions cannot exceed their authority.
