Thailand fields Israeli IWI Arbel computerized rifle trigger to shoot down drones

Israel Weapon Industries says Thailand’s Ministry of Defence has begun fielding the Arbel anti-drone trigger, a computerized device fitted to standard AR-15 lower receivers that algorithmically controls rate of fire to hit small drones. The system was tuned using thousands of test shots against targets 10 to 15 inches wide flying at about 60 km/h within 150 to 200 meters, and roughly 25 other countries have already adopted Arbel.
