ICE partners with Hyperliquid to launch perpetual futures in the US, HYPE token jumps 13%

Intercontinental Exchange, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, signed a definitive agreement with Trade[XYZ] to become the exclusive operator of its regulated markets and take a strategic stake. ICE will build a dedicated retail market and clearing structure for Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures, pending regulatory approvals. The announcement drove the HYPE token up about 13% to roughly $91, with a market capitalization of around $22.4 billion.
