Winklevoss PAC spends over $81K supporting Republican Ken Paxton in Texas Senate race

The Digital Freedom Fund, a Super PAC launched by Gemini co-founders Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2025, reported spending over $81,000 on direct mail media to support Republican candidate Ken Paxton against Democratic candidate James Talarico in a Texas Senate race. The PAC, which raised about $34 million as of Sept. 30, is also involved in Ohio's Senate race, supporting Jon Husted with about $7 million. These expenditures occur as prediction market contracts on Kalshi and Polymarket favored Democrats regaining control of the House and Senate in 2027, which would impact legislation like the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.
