Amazon SageMaker JumpStart onboards over 100 new models from 30 providers in 2026

From January to September 2026, Amazon SageMaker JumpStart added more than 100 new AI models across 30 distinct providers. Leading contributors include Alibaba's Qwen with 29 models spanning reasoning, code generation, and speech, NVIDIA with 17 models including the Cosmos world foundation model family, Mistral with 7 models, Google with 6 Gemma variants, and IBM with 4 Granite models. The expansion allows users to discover, evaluate, and deploy models for diverse workloads such as document understanding and agentic workflows via one-click deployment or serverless fine-tuning.
