Polymarket investigates dozens of midterm election bets, refers cases to CFTC

Polymarket has investigated dozens of bets on midterm election markets for possible insider trading and manipulation, referring at least two cases to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Head of global intelligence Shana Bautista said a new surveillance system generates hundreds of daily alerts by drawing on campaign finance, crypto and banking data ahead of the November 3 vote.
