CPI for All Urban Consumers rose 0.9% in March, up 3.3% over 12 months

In March, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers rose 0.9 percent (seasonally adjusted), equating to a 3.3 percent rise over the last 12 months (not seasonally adjusted). The index for all items less food and energy increased 0.2 percent in March (SA) and 2.6 percent over the year (NSA).
