Gate has officially introduced Proof of Security (PoSEC), an asset security verification framework, becoming the first digital asset trading platform to launch such a system. As of the November 4, 2026 UTC 00:00 snapshot, its cold storage coverage ratio reached 104.58%, with cold storage and hot wallets holding 88.26% and 11.74% of total assets respectively. The data is currently under independent third-party audit, and the report will be published on Gate's website upon completion.
