Anthropic introduces dynamic workflows for Claude Managed Agents orchestration

Anthropic introduced dynamic workflows, or "flows," a new type of multi-agent orchestration designed for ambitious workloads, as presented by CJ Avilla and Harrison Stall at AI Engineer New York. Previously, Claude Managed Agents required developers to configure a coordinator and a roster of subagents; with dynamic workflows, Claude itself determines the agent organization, creating a plan, writing an orchestration program to launch agents, collect results, and manage information flow across discrete, verifiable units of work.
