US investigates Chinese spy plot targeting Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang

US intelligence agencies investigated Alice Huang, a top executive at Singapore AI cloud firm Megaspeed, for alleged ties to China over the past year. Sources told the New York Times she was photographed socializing with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang at business dinners, raising concerns she could gather information on Nvidia's plans to ship advanced technology to China. Nvidia denied the claims, stating the CEO's interactions with Huang are routine and that regional cloud customers only receive ordinary business information, not trade secrets.
