OpenAI adds Lock Chats feature to ChatGPT with PIN and biometric protection

OpenAI introduced Lock Chats for ChatGPT, allowing users to secure conversations with a four-digit PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID. Locked chats are moved to a dedicated section with separate memory, preventing new information from leaking into regular chats. The feature is rolling out to Free, Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users, but is excluded from temporary chats, archived chats, group chats, and the Healthcare plan.
