Kazakhstan AIFC Court Bars Coinbase and Five Crypto Exchanges from Unlicensed Services

Kazakhstan's Astana International Financial Centre court issued injunctions against Coinbase and five other crypto exchanges—BingX, Bitcoin.com, Huobi Global, BitMart and WEEX—for offering unlicensed digital asset services within the AIFC. The restrictions apply only to users and platforms inside the financial hub and do not constitute a nationwide ban. The regulator also bound Apple and Google as app-store operators, though it declined to issue a separate injunction against them. LBank was removed from the order after addressing regulator concerns.
