Venture Global begins supplying Plaquemines customers under long-term LNG contracts

Venture Global's Plaquemines LNG export facility in Louisiana has completed Phase 1 commissioning and commenced commercial operations. The first commercial cargo was loaded onto the Malaga Knutsen LNG tanker and delivered to Shell, the first long-term contract customer. Pricing for contracts with customers including Shell, Orlen, Sinopec, CNOOC Gas & Power, and EDF is significantly discounted from recent highs. This marks a key milestone for Venture Global, transitioning from spot market sales to long-term contract deliveries as the company's second LNG project.
