X7 Ultra, the first chip from startup XHEART backed by Momenta's team, features a 700 TOPS NPU with a super-large core architecture. It introduces a new 'large model computing' benchmark that measures performance using real production autonomous driving models rather than lab tests, achieving 99.99% quantization similarity and 98.7% NPU utilization. The chip also reduces memory bandwidth consumption by 80% and doubles energy efficiency through optimized data handling and dedicated engines for frequent operators.
