The National Bureau of Statistics tracked 50 important production materials in nine categories across China's circulation sector. In late October 2026 compared with mid-October, 17 products rose in price, 28 fell, and five were flat. The monitoring covered more than 300 trading markets and nearly 2,000 wholesale, agency, and distribution enterprises in 31 provinces, regions, and municipalities. Liquefied natural gas gained 10.9 percent, the largest increase, while glacial acetic acid dropped 6.7 percent, the largest decrease. Rebar stood at 3,167.3 yuan per ton, down 0.6 percent, and electrolytic copper at 110,175 yuan per ton, down 0.7 percent. These are circulation-sector wholesale and selling prices, which include factory prices plus distribution costs, profit, and taxes.
