Microsoft Report: North Korean Hackers Integrate AI into Full Attack Chain

A Microsoft threat intelligence report reveals that North Korean hacking groups are expanding their use of generative AI. Of eight monitored organizations, three have integrated AI deeply into their daily penetration workflows. The report details how AI is used to rapidly generate customized phishing PDFs and assist in writing malicious code, significantly lowering the cost and increasing the stealth of attacks.
