Strategy buys 267 Bitcoin for $22.1 million, repurchases $193.1 million of STRC stock

Strategy purchased 267 BTC at an average price of $82,900 per coin last week, bringing its total Bitcoin holdings to 848,517 BTC acquired for $64.02 billion. The company also repurchased $193.1 million of its STRC preferred stock, funded by $22 million from MSTR common stock sales and $0.1 million in cash. Additionally, Strategy increased its digital credit securities repurchase program cap to $3 billion from $2 billion, leaving $1.16 billion available.
