EF Protocol releases unified tier list for 62 Hegotá EIPs

The EF Protocol cluster published its first unified tier list evaluating 62 proposed EIPs for Hegotá, based on 397 independent tier grades from 16 contributing domain experts. The grading system includes S (Must ship, defines the fork), A (High priority, expected to ship), B (On the bubble, requires prototype, sign-off, and settled specification), C (Below the line), and DFI (Declined for inclusion).
