NBA partners with Kalshi and Polymarket, signs CFTC data-sharing deal

The NBA has named Kalshi and Polymarket as its preferred prediction market exchanges and signed an information-sharing agreement with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The partnerships grant the platforms access to official NBA data from Sportradar and allow use of league intellectual property. The deals include integrity safeguards banning NBA personnel from trading event contracts and require cooperation on investigations into suspicious trading. The NBA also expanded its existing agreement with DraftKings to cover prediction markets.
