Coinbase denied reports of a hack, stating its systems were not accessed without authorization and customer funds remain safe. A breach at third-party analytics provider Amplitude exposed contact information for a small subset of Coinbase customers, who are being notified and may face phishing or social-engineering attempts using exposed email addresses or phone numbers.
