Fairbanks Morse Defense in talks with Navy about Seawolf-class submarine repairs

Fairbanks Morse Defense says it is discussing maintenance work on the U.S. Navy's three Seawolf-class submarines with the service. The talks follow a roughly $100 million October contract for emergency diesel generator overhauls on aging Los Angeles- and Ohio-class boats, with Seawolf work expected after those overhauls conclude in the late 2020s.
