AI adoption rates vary across industries, with tech leading and finance second, survey shows

A TripleTen survey of 2026 reveals a steep AI adoption curve across industries. Tech workers lead with high usage of AI chatbots and workflow automation, while finance ranks second with 48% asked to use AI chatbots and 32% to automate tasks. Healthcare and education show lower initial exposure at 18% and 25% respectively. Across all sectors, 79% of workers report being asked to learn new skills, yet only 30% of managers consider the ability to judge AI output accuracy an essential skill.
