Binance to enable 24/7 pricing for bStocks collateral starting October 24

Starting October 24, Binance will update the collateral value of bStocks tokenized around the clock, allowing valuations to move while US equity markets are closed. Off-hours prices will use an exponentially weighted moving average smoothing and a movement cap to calculate collateral, which may reduce the cushion backing margin accounts when external market data is unavailable.
