ServiceNow releases AutoSynthData to generate training data for enterprise agents

ServiceNow's AutoSynthData framework generates synthetic training tasks for enterprise AI agents by analyzing a target model's failures and a teacher model's successes. The system creates tasks that are feasible, realistic, and expose agent weaknesses, then validates them against the environment to ensure successful task completion. The pipeline is illustrated using the EnterpriseOps Gym framework and a released dataset.
