Scammer Lost $5M in Bitcoin After Ledger Theft Targets Task Scam Victim

A scammer who stole $4.8 million via a task scam lost the funds after moving them to Ledger hardware wallets last week. Chainalysis reports the victim had 60 bitcoins stolen in a fake sales and reviews scheme, and the proceeds were subsequently drained by thieves who targeted the Ledger addresses.
