Discord to make public server chats searchable on Google, users can opt out

Discord will make public messages from servers with at least 1,000 members listed in its directory searchable on Google starting mid-December. Users can disable the feature in User Settings to prevent their messages from appearing on web pages, though the opt-out only protects messages sent after the change.
