Heilongjiang Power Export Contracted Volume Breaks 20 Billion kWh for First Time

State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power announced on November 5 that, as of November 1, the province's annual power export contracted volume exceeded 20 billion kWh for the first time, including 13.711 billion kWh of clean power, both hitting record highs. Exports cover 20 provinces, regions and municipalities across six major regions. The report also projects that by 2030, wind and solar installed capacity will account for over 65% of the provincial total and double from current levels.
