Bitcoin beats S&P 500 on 55.6% of trading days in October but trails for the month

Bitcoin outperformed the S&P 500 on 10 of 18 trading sessions in October, with a 55.6% win rate according to Glassnode data. However, Bitcoin fell 4.25% over the period while the index rose 0.33%, a 4.58% gap in the index's favor. Coinbase Institutional data shows BlackRock's IBIT attracted roughly $6 billion in net inflows since August, capturing about 96.3% of total spot Bitcoin ETF inflows through October 26, while other funds saw net outflows. Stablecoin supply is $12.7 billion below its May peak and the seven-day Coinbase premium remained negative through October, indicating soft spot market demand.
