Strive purchases 4,045 Bitcoin for $335 million, bringing total holdings to 36,818 BTC

Bitcoin treasury company Strive bought 4,045 Bitcoin at an average price of $82,803 per coin last week, raising its total holdings to 36,818 BTC valued at approximately $3 billion. The acquisition, completed between Oct. 12-16, was funded by approximately $369 million in proceeds from warrant exercises that resulted in the issuance of 13.7 million shares. Strive is now the fourth-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder, surpassing MARA Holdings.
