Google brings Personal Intelligence to Gemini AI in cars

Google is rolling out Personal Intelligence to Gemini AI in Android Auto and cars with Google built-in, allowing the assistant to access user data from Gmail, Calendar, Maps, Photos, YouTube and Search. The feature enables Gemini to answer context-specific queries such as flight status from Gmail confirmations or navigating to appointments and locations mentioned in recent photos, but requires users to enable the setting and have their phone connected to the car.
