Robinhood reports record Q3 revenue of $1.42 billion, misses earnings estimates

Robinhood reported third-quarter revenue of $1.42 billion, slightly below the $1.43 billion expected, and earnings of $0.51 per share, missing the $0.55 estimate. Crypto revenue fell 55% year-over-year to $120 million, while event contracts revenue rose to $173 million from $156 million in the prior quarter. The company trimmed 2026 cost guidance to $2.675-$2.75 billion. Shares slipped in after-hours trading.
