Robinhood integrates Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin and Treasury software

Robinhood has integrated Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin on its Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp exchange, with plans to bring it to the main app later this year. The trading platform will adopt Ripple Treasury to manage its global cash operations, including intercompany netting, and will use RLUSD on the XRP Ledger for institutional settlement at Bitstamp. Ripple Prime, which Ripple acquired for $1.25 billion in April 2025, provides Bitstamp with lending across roughly 20 digital assets and will later add perpetual futures trading.
