ICE-backed Hyperliquid to launch regulated US perpetual futures market

Intercontinental Exchange, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, has partnered with Hyperliquid to launch a regulated US market for 24-hour perpetual futures on the Hyperliquid blockchain. The deal, announced via Hyperliquid's official account, designates trade[XYZ] as the exclusive partner. The platform will offer equities, indexes, commodities and crypto through brokers, pending approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Hyperliquid's native token HYPE rose about 7% on the news, though its previous rally on similar US-access news faded within six weeks.
