Simon Willison releases Datasette Apps 0.3a0 with LLM agent integration for custom HTML apps

Datasette Apps 0.3a0 lets users host and edit custom HTML applications inside Datasette, with creation assisted by LLMs through Datasette Agent. Users can tag apps in agent chat messages by typing #, with autocomplete limited to apps they have permission to view. Two new tools, app_add_stored_queries() and app_remove_stored_queries(), let the agent manage which stored queries an app may call, while write queries require user approval before execution. The app_create() function verifies that each requested stored query exists and is viewable by the user, and requests approval for any write queries before creating an app. View app buttons in agent tools and links from # app references now open applications full screen in the Datasette Agent panel.
