The address, tagged by Galaxy Research as "Noah Doe #970," is one of 39,069 dormant wallets named in a New York lawsuit by pseudonymous plaintiff Noah Doe claiming the coins are abandoned property. The transfer went to an unlabeled address, not an exchange, and the coins remain there.
