Gate releases Proof of Reserves report showing total reserves of $8.688 billion and overall reserve ratio of 118.49%

As of October 18, 2026, Gate's total reserves reached $8.688 billion, a 5.7% increase from the previous period. Customer net balance was $7.332 billion, driving the overall reserve ratio up from 117.26% to 118.49%. For core assets, BTC user holdings rose to 21,156 BTC and ETH to 362,785 ETH, while platform reserves for these assets also increased. Stablecoin reserves for USDT, USD1, GUSD and USDC totaled $1.746 billion against $1.497 billion in user holdings, yielding a combined reserve ratio of 116.59%. The report covers 500 cryptocurrencies and major assets including DOGE, GT and SOL all maintained reserve ratios above 100%.
