SideSwap reopens L-BTC to Bitcoin swaps while Liquid Federation withdrawals remain restricted

SideSwap has reopened conversions from the synthetic Bitcoin token L-BTC into Bitcoin, reporting about 600 peg-outs and over 60 BTC paid since reopening on Oct. 20. SideSwap funds these payouts from its own Bitcoin wallet, but partly manual refills mean payments can queue. Direct withdrawals from the Liquid Federation remain restricted pending full Bitcoin backing and completion of security and operational recovery requirements, according to the Federation's Oct. 20 recovery update.
