Amazon adds over 100 shopping features to Alexa for list and subscription management

Amazon has added more than 100 new shopping-related capabilities to Alexa ahead of the holiday season. Users can now manage shopping lists, update delivery instructions, and handle subscription changes such as altering delivery frequency. The AI assistant also allows users to ask about Prime and Audible subscription billing and payment issues. Amazon reports that usage of its agentic shopping features has grown eightfold since the start of the year, and over 400 million consumers have used Alexa for shopping in the past 12 months.
