Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin launches on Coinbase following Moody's investment-grade rating

Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin became available on Coinbase's retail and institutional platforms and its Base blockchain after Moody's assigned it an A2 long-term credit rating. The integration allows users to trade RLUSD and convert dollars into the token at a 1:1 rate across the XRP Ledger, Ethereum, and Base networks. The launch follows Ripple's December 2024 stablecoin debut and comes as RLUSD's market capitalization exceeds $2.4 billion.
