Strategy shareholders approve daily dividends on preferred stock with 99.3% support

Strategy shareholders approved an amendment allowing four preferred stocks (STRF, STRC, STRK, STRD) to accrue dividends every calendar day, with 99.3% of votes in favor. STRC will begin daily dividends on November 1, with STRK and STRD following on January 1. Because U.S. markets close on weekends, dividends falling on non-trading days will be bundled and paid on the next business day.
