Strive Acquires 6,182 Bitcoin for $511.4 Million, Launches $1 Billion ATM Program

Strive, Inc. purchased 6,182 bitcoin for $511.4 million between October 17 and October 23, raising its total holdings to 43,000 BTC. The company also announced a new at-the-market program to sell up to $1 billion of its SATS preferred stock, mirroring a previous $500 million program for SATA that absorbed much of the daily bitcoin mining supply in May.
