Foreign banks return for ninth consecutive CIIE, showcase cross-border and AI financial services

The 9th China International Import Expo opened in Shanghai on Nov 5, 2026. Foreign banks including HSBC, DBS and Standard Chartered, exhibiting for the ninth consecutive year, showcased cross-border, supply-chain, sustainable and AI-enabled financial services, with HSBC hosting supply-chain and roundtable events and Standard Chartered citing past strategic cooperation with over 40 institutions.
