Amazon Quick is a HIPAA‑eligible service that processes protected health information (PHI) through web, desktop and mobile clients. It requires IAM permission and operates under the shared‑responsibility model. Quick reads unstructured and structured PHI via pre‑built connectors (Slack, Outlook, Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint) and can invoke custom tools through the Model Context Protocol. When a chat agent can read or act on PHI, Quick provides ACL‑aware retrieval, chat and feedback logging, and configurable controls to support deterministic guardrails and a behavioral audit trail. Quick also pulls data from SQL Server and U.S. Hunger’s Impact Manager into its in‑memory SPICE engine, and exposes three operational MCP servers: Disruption Alerts, Governance, and Quoting. Quick lists supply‑chain MCP servers published in AWS Agent Registry and four business MCP servers that appear as connector cards. Smartsheet MCP Server is the central integration layer connecting to Amazon Quick workspace.
